Send a template or customized email to one or more recipients from TimeTonic.

Prerequisites

• Email module configured: ℹ️ You must set up an Email accounts table before creating this automation.
• Recipient field (Email type).

Step-by-step instructions
1️⃣ Add the action

Click +, then select Send an email (Use a configured Email account).

➡️ Choose → Send an email

2️⃣ Email configuration window

Fill in the following fields → either manually or by inserting a $value directly from the table:

1️⃣ From: Select the email field or enter fixed addresses.
2️⃣ To: Main recipient(s). The email will be sent directly to these addresses.
3️⃣ Cc (Carbon Copy): visible recipients who also receive the message.
4️⃣ Bcc (Blind Carbon Copy): hidden recipients who receive the message without others knowing.
5️⃣ Subject: Use text or variables $FieldName$.
6️⃣ Body: Customize with text, variables, or links.

Two options for the body:
➡️ Write your email from scratch, inserting dynamic $values.
➡️ Click to insert the content of a SmartText email template with field selection.

7️⃣ Attachments (optional): check an Attachment field.
Click Save and activate the automation.
3️⃣ Test: Trigger the automation → the email will be sent to the recipient(s).
