Automatically create a calendar invitation file (.ics) in an Attachment field.

Prerequisites

• Start Date, End Date, and Subject fields.
• An Attachment field to store the .ics file.

Detailed Steps

1️⃣ Add the action

Click +, then choose Generate ICS file in a field

➡️ Choose → Generate .ICS file in a field

2️⃣ ICS field configuration window

• 1️⃣ Start Date → map to your Start Date field.
• 2️⃣ End Date → map to your End Date field.
• 3️⃣ Subject → map to your Subject field.
• 4️⃣ 5️⃣ 6️⃣ Location, Description, Participants (optional).
• 7️⃣ Attachment → map to your Attachment field.

Click Validate and activate the automation.

➡️ Test

Test: A .ics file should appear in the row.
