Access your profile from the Profile icon at the top left.

Click on the "Account" section of your profile.
From this side menu, you can manage the :
Account Information
The Account Information screen allows you to edit the personal data of the logged-in user.
1. Account Information
ℹ The TimeTonic user ID can never be changed. However, you can change your first and last name associated with this ID, as well as the email address and your phone number.
Available fields:
- User ID
- First name
- Last name
- Language
- You are (title / gender)
- Newsletter subscription (enable/disable)
2. Address
Allows you to enter:
- Address
- City
- Postal code
- Country
- Time zone

Two-factor authentication
Allows you to enable or disable two-factor authentication protection.
4. E-mail
- Primary email address
- Button Edit email
Allows you to change the address associated with the account.
5. Profile photo
- Button Edit photo
Accepted formats: JPG, GIF or PNG (maximum size 4 MB).
6. Sessions
- Log out
- Log out of other sessions
Allows you to close the active session or all other open sessions.
7. Save
- Button Save profile
Allows you to save the changes made.
Company Information
Allows you to enter or edit:
- Company name
- VAT number

Allows you to:

Generate and manage an API key
Each TimeTonic user has an API key (Sesskey) which allows them to communicate with the TimeTonic API. It will be especially useful for integration with your tools and to use it with the Zapier, Make, N8N… platforms
You have the option to regenerate and copy it.

Enable or disable notifications
- You can choose the mode of receiving push notifications on mobile.

Permanently delete the account
- You have the option to permanently delete the account. A confirmation message will be sent to you.
