How do I edit my profile?

From the "Profile" button

 

Click on the "Account" section of your profile

From this page you can

 

Account information

 

Change profile picture

Upload a photo from your computer and it will be visible to users who share a notebook with you.

Change password

Change your current password by entering the new one here.

 

 

Disconnecting your sessions

For your security, you can log out of all open TimeTonic sessions on all devices (mobile and computer).

 

 

Modify the main profile information

The TimeTonic user ID can never be changed.

However, you can change your first and last name that are attached to this ID, as well as the email address and phone number.

 

 

Edit secondary profile information

Change the language of TimeTonic and fill in additional information such as your address, postcode, etc.

 

Change your company's voting information

 

Enter your company name and VAT number

Generate the API key

Each TimeTonic user has an API key (Sesskey) that allows him to communicate with the TimeTonic API. This key will be useful to use the Zapier platform. 

You have the possibility to regenerate and copy it.

 

 

Select other options

You can choose how you want to receive push notifications on mobile and sound notifications on desktop. You can also customise your display to clean up your interface by choosing how the global calendar and global add buttons are displayed, as well as the search box.

 

Delete the account

You have the option to delete the account permanently. A confirmation message will be sent to you. 

 

Invitations to the workspaces

From the "Profile" button

 

Click on the "Invitations received" section of your profile

Or from your account settings click on the "Received invitations" section

 

You have the possibility to manage your invitations to workspaces directly from this section.

This makes it easy to find them and not forget any!
