Give a title to the external form in order to customize it.

Give a description to the external form in order to customize it.

Ending word

Add an end word to your external form in order to customize it. The message will appear when you click on the save button. 

Application of field restrictions by view

Allows you to apply a particular view to restrict the fields visible in the external form

Add a logo to the external form to customize it with your colors.

Add a cover to the external form to customize it with your colors. 

Redirect URL

Instead of adding a text at the end of the form, TimeTonic allows you to redirect the user to a URL when they save their input

Use a column for redirection

Customize the redirection URL with a TimeTonic URL field. Very useful to define a different URL per record

Single-use token

Use this option if you want your external forms to be single-use. Each time you click on "save", the URL of the external form will be reset. The old URL will be invalid, you will have to communicate the new URL if you want to allow again the edition of a record to your customers, partners or others.
