Duplicate a workspace

Reproduce a workspace in Timetonic using the "Import tables from another workspace" module.

It allows replicating a workspace with the table structure, configurations, and if you wish, the data.

ℹ️ If some of your tables are hidden, they will not be duplicated. You will need to unhide all your tables in the workspace to be duplicated before performing the procedure.

1️⃣ In the side panel, click: ➕ Add or Import.

2️⃣ Select the "Import tables from another workspace" module.

The module configuration window opens,

3️⃣ Choose the workspace to duplicate.

4️⃣ Check all the tables or only those you wish to duplicate.

ℹ️ If you do not import all your tables, you might break existing links between them.

5️⃣ Choose whether to import the data into your table and confirm by clicking on import the tables.

6️⃣ Click "Import tables"

A message will appear indicating the import progress.

Refresh your workspace.

7️⃣ Your imported tables appear

8️⃣ With the link configurations, do they enter.

9️⃣ An exception concerns the link with the members' workspace table.

This table is unique to each workspace. If you had links to this table,
you will need to manually generate the links 🔗 between your tables to make your process functional.

💡 In case you forgot to import a table, simply repeat the same process by selecting the table you want, which you will manually link.
