Administrators or creators can now place a shortcut to any view directly on the home page to highlight application forms or the most used views.

Why use it?

• Save time: Access your favorite views with a single click.
• Customize: Organize shortcuts as you wish to boost your productivity and that of your team.
• Featured: Prioritize the most used forms and views to improve your user experience.
• Simplicity: An intuitive interface to easily add or remove your shortcuts.

1️⃣ Click on "Share"

From your workspace, select the view you want to add ✅ to your home page. Click on the "Share" button as shown below.

2️⃣ Add the view as a shortcut

In the dropdown menu, choose "Add view to home shortcuts".

3️⃣ Shortcut icon enabled

A small icon appears next to the view name to indicate that it has been added as a shortcut.

4️⃣ Return to the home page

Click on the TimeTonic icon to return to the home page.

5️⃣ Access your favorites

In the "Favorites" tab, you will now see the shortcut under the "Shortcuts" section.

6️⃣ Navigate to the workspace

Click on the workspace name to access it directly.

7️⃣ Access the workspace via the icon

Click the icon to quickly open the workspace.

By clicking the shortcut link name, you will be taken directly to the associated view.

You can easily reorder your shortcuts by dragging and dropping them into the desired order.

You can have several shared view shortcuts from the same workspace.
This makes it easy to quickly access the key views of your project.

1️⃣2️⃣ Delete a shortcut

To delete ❌ a shortcut, return to the view in “Share” where you created it, then click “remove view from shortcuts” to stop sharing the view.

1️⃣3️⃣ Make sure the table is visible

⚠️ Important: To create a shortcut, the workspace table must be visible. If it is hidden, you will not be able to create the shortcut link on your home page.
