You have several options to share your data.

You will find them thanks to the Share button in the toolbar of your table :

The buttons Export CSV and Export XLSX allow you to simply download your data in the formats of the same name. You will find the generated documents in the messenger of your workspace.

It is also possible to Export all lines with template that you have downloaded beforehand.

To do this, choose Export rows with a template, then choose the template you want or import it if it is not yet in the list :

You can tick the include files option to export all your documents in the attachment fields.

The Share view in another workspace option allows you to export your table to another workspace while keeping the configuration of the selected view.

It allows you to create "restricted" workspaces also called mirror workspaces for collaborators who could only access the data you want to share.

Finally, you can share the external form of your table which will allow you to fill in your table from a form external to the workspace.
