TimeTonic allows you to create a secure mirror workspace from your source workspace. This feature enables you to share customized views with your teams without ever compromising the structure, consistency, or security of your data.

💡 The source workspace acts as your back office: it centralizes all data and configuration. The mirror workspace serves as a dedicated front office — a clean interface for end users. |
What Is a Mirror View?
A mirror view is a duplicated view (table, form, Kanban, etc.) in another workspace. It remains synchronized in real time with the original view.
Main Characteristics
- Real-time synchronization: any modification to the source view is instantly reflected in the mirror workspace.
- No data duplication: the mirror view remains directly connected to the original table.
- Unchanged structure: only the view is shared, not internal settings.
How It Works
- Select the target workspace in which the mirror view will be created.
- The view is automatically synchronized: data, filters, fields, and display remain aligned.
- No copies or duplicates are created — the mirror view always uses the source table.
Why Use a Mirror View?
- Share information between multiple teams or projects without duplicating data.
- Create dedicated interfaces for field teams, partners, or external collaborators.
- Facilitate cross-workspace collaboration while maintaining a single source of truth.
Remove a shared view
Removing a shared view is done from two different locations depending on the context.
💡 Visual confirmation: the eye icon disappears on the view in the admin space, confirming that this view is no longer shared with any workspace.
Step-by-Step Procedure
- Create a new empty workspace (mirror workspace).
- Open your source workspace containing the views to be shared.
- Go to the view you want to make available in the mirror workspace.
- Click Share the view in another workspace.
- Select the mirror workspace in the dropdown list.
- Confirm to create the mirror view.
