Lock view options

If you do not want a collaborator to be able to change the view settings and thus force them to use your process and display, this option is for you. 

Process

Go to the view options and click on Lock view parameters : 

The view options will grey out and it will be impossible to change the view's display, filters, sorts and restricted columns. 

Unlocking the view options

In order to unlock the view options, simply repeat this tutorial.
