The MINUS (-) operator subtracts one value from another and returns the difference. It is widely used in financial calculations, to find the difference between amounts or stock levels. It returns a number.

Examples
Subtract two numbers
10 minus 4 gives the difference of the subtraction.
10 - 4
Result: 6. Likewise, 15 - 7 returns 8.
