Each table has its own trashbin.
Each row deleted from a table is in the trash and can be restored.
Note : modified values are not found in the recycle garbage can, remember to add a column of type history of changes to find the history of all modifications.
Delete a row
Open the trashbin
In the table options, click on the open trashbin :
The trashbins opens, the deleted rows are displayed:

You can search for a particular row or apply a filter or sort on the recycle garbage can to display your concerned rows :

Retrieve your rows
You have 2️⃣ options to retrieve your data:
1. Recover your rows 1 by 1
Just right-click on the row in question to restore it to your database.
2. Recover all the rows
Click on Restore Recycle Bin to restore all the rows visible in the recycle garbage can. (Note that the filtered rows will not be restored)
Permanently delete your rows
You have 2️⃣ options to recover your data:
1. Delete your rows 1 by 1
Just right-click on the line in question to permanently delete it from your recycle garbage can.
2. Permanently delete all lines
Click on Empty bin to delete all the lines visible in the Trash. (Note that the filtered lines will not be deleted)
