Default value: TimeTonic user or workspace ID

For some columns (texts, link to a table...), it is possible to define a default value containing either the user's TimeTonic ID, for example sam, or the workspace ID, for example projet.sam. 

Thus, when a new row is created, the value of this column will automatically be filled with the user or workspace ID.

This is particularly useful, for example, so that new opportunities created by your salesperson in your CRM are automatically assigned to him or her, or to identify which book the new information comes from in your mirror views. 

The default value is set when a new column is created or when an existing column is modified. 

Once the settings window is open, click on the default value drop-down menu and select the default value you want.
