The Plan and Billing space is located in your administration workspace.
It allows you to view your current subscription, manage your licences, and track
your data and AI credit consumption.
Only the licence owner has access to the Administration → Plan and Billing space.
However, they can invite other users by assigning them the Admin or
User role, allowing them to view consumption and billing data.
Check this space regularly to anticipate quota overruns before the end of the month.
You can access your consumption in two ways:

From your profile
Click on your avatar in the top right → Plan and Billing.
Accessible only by the licence owner.

From the Administration workspace
Accessible to non-owner users with the Admin or User role.
Allows viewing account consumption without access to billing settings.

The Your plan section displays your active subscription, your licences, and all your usage counters. Its content varies depending on your plan.

Automatic consumption alerts
TimeTonic automatically sends you an email when your AI credit consumption reaches the following thresholds:
80%Preventive alert · you have 20% of your credits remaining. Anticipate a potential overrun before the end of the month.
100%Quota exhausted · your AI automations are disabled until your monthly credits are renewed.
💡 Both AI credit counters are completely independent: consuming public cloud AI credits does not impact your private AI quota, and vice versa. Each counter is reset separately at the start of each month.
💡 If you reach a limit, you can upgrade to a higher plan or add more licences to increase your data quota. For AI credits, additional packs are available from the BUSINESS plan.
Manage licences
On the START, PRO and BUSINESS plans, the Manage Licences button is available. It opens an order summary window before any purchase or modification.

⚠️ From the START plan onwards, billing is per licence. If you wish to keep your guests, you will need to subscribe a licence for them. Without an assigned licence, they will be automatically deactivated.
