Plan and billing

The Plan and billing area is located in your administration area:

This area allows you to choose/manage your plan and manage your licence orders.

Plan

Choice of Plan:

Once you have registered, you will benefit from a 30-day trial period ("Trial" plan).

You can choose your plan (more information on the different plans here) as well as the monthly or annual billing split.

Your billing details will need to be filled in to access this stage and you will be redirected to complete them.

Licences and users: 

In Trial and Free, you have one licence and a credit of 10 invitations*.

On paid plans, you can manage the number of licences by clicking on the "Manage licences" button.

The number of licences indicates the number of licences you have subscribed to.

The number of users represents the number of active users on your user table (see how to manage your users).

*Please note: From the start plan onwards, you pay per licence. If you want to keep your guests, you'll need to take out a licence for them too, otherwise they'll be deactivated.

Data limit: 

The data limit of your account will also be indicated here.

It is defined by your plan and your number of licences:

Data volume = Plan data + 10% per licence

Disk space = Plan data +10% per licence

If you reach a limit, you can upgrade to a higher plan or add extra licences.
