Prerequisite. For security reasons, Gmail requires two-step authentication (2FA) to be enabled in order to generate an app password. It is this password, not your usual Gmail password, that you will use in TimeTonic.
Enable two-step authentication on Google
Sign in to your Google account, then go to your security settings via Manage your Google Account. Enable Two-step verification if it is not already active.

Configure your mailbox in TimeTonic

If you get an error. An error message usually means two-step authentication was not set up correctly. Go back to your Gmail security settings and make sure it is enabled.
The maximum size of attachments sent directly by Gmail is 99 MB. Beyond that, Gmail automatically creates a Google Drive link to share the file.
