Once your mailbox is connected to TimeTonic, your emails are no longer just a simple stream: they become a collaborative database. You can assign them, track them by status, link them to a project, and handle them as a team without leaving your workspace. The mailbox itself is a database: contacts, documents, dates, content. By integrating it into TimeTonic, you turn it into a true shared workspace.

Senders and recipients automatically populate the Email contacts table as you send and receive messages.

Everything in its context
Each email can be linked to a contact, an activity, or an opportunity, with full traceability of exchanges.
Assign and track your emails
Handle your emails like team tasks by adding your own fields to the Emails table.
Create a field of type link to your Team table.
Select the team member(s) responsible for each email.
Create a Selection-type field with your values, for example OK, In progress, To do, or Urgent.
Link an email to its business context
Add a link-type field to another table, such as your opportunities, deals, or projects. Select the relevant deal, and the whole team can then follow all exchanges related to that opportunity.
View your emails in Kanban
Your emails benefit from all TimeTonic views. For visual tracking, switch from Table view to Kanban view.
From your Emails table, create or open a Kanban view.
Choose “subject” as the card title, order columns by “status,” and color the cards according to the box.
Drag and drop a card from one column to another to change its status.
Open and comment on an email as a team
By clicking on an email, you see it from A to Z: its content, attachments, related deal, contact, and assignment. The Comment field lets you send a message to one or more team members directly on the email.
