⚙️ 2. Configuration of the Automatic Document Column
Once the SmartText is ready, simply configure the automatic document generation.
➡️ Configuration Steps
1️⃣ Add a "Automatic Document" column
2️⃣ Retrieve {the column code} in the configuration window of the SmartText column
3️⃣ Prepare your template in Word or Google Docs and insert the SmartText column code into the document.
4️⃣ Then insert the exported Word template into the automatic document configuration column.
5️⃣ ➡️ follow the remaining setup steps in the "Automatic Document" article
➡️ Click on the button to generate your document
Result: your SmartText formatting is copied into your document template, as shown below in .doc or .pdf depending on your configuration.
