Overview of the 5 triggers

In TimeTonic, a trigger is the starting point of an automation : it monitors an event (field update, click, schedule…) and when this event occurs, it launches the If / Then / Else logic you've set up.

Trigger	It triggers when…
Modification of one or several fields	One or more fields are updated (status, checkbox, etc.).
Saving of a form	The Fiche view is saved The creation form (internal/external) is submitted The external form is submitted.
Click on a permalink	The permalink URL is used, regardless of the field to which it is attached (document, image, QR code, etc.)
Incoming webhook	An external interface (Zapier, Make, n8n or other) sends a webhook
On a recurring schedule	The scheduled date/time is reached (in one-time or recurring mode) without user action.
