The Messages tab brings together all the conversations from your workspaces in one place. You follow conversations, reply from your smartphone, and jump in one tap to the data that triggered a message.
The message list
The tab's home screen shows the most recent messages from all the workspaces you belong to. Each line corresponds to a workspace and summarizes its latest message.
The workspace concerned
The image and name of the workspace the message comes from.
The latest message and time
A preview of the latest message received, with the time shown on the right.
The unread badge
A red badge with a number indicates how many messages you have not yet read in this workspace.
As you scroll down the list, messages are grouped by period: today, yesterday, the previous week, then earlier months. This makes it easy to find an older exchange.
Marking messages as read. A long press on a conversation line opens a quick-action menu: Open workspace to go straight to it, Mark as read for that single conversation, and Mark all as read for all the workspace's messages. Marking messages as read removes the matching notification badge.
Read a conversation
Tap a workspace in the list to open the conversation and see all the exchanges.
Author and time
Each message shows the profile picture and the identifier of the person, plus the time sent next
to the name.
The message origin
Some information indicates where the message comes from. When it comes from a comment, you can see
which record row it relates to.
Content and documents
The message appears in a bubble. Attached documents are clickable: tap them to open them.
Dated history
As you scroll up the conversation, the full date (day, month, year) appears as a separator to place
older exchanges.
To return to the message list, tap the back arrow at the top of the screen.
From message to data
When a message comes from a comment left on a record row, the app lets you go directly to the data concerned, without leaving the conversation.
The colored text link above the message. Tap it to open directly the record on which the
comment was left. You immediately understand the topic and view the data attached to that row.
The icon at the top right of the conversation lets you access the corresponding workspace to view all the data. The back arrow then returns you to the conversation.
Reply to a message
The input field, at the bottom of the conversation, lets you reply and attach content directly from the field.

Write your message
Type your reply in the text field at the bottom of the screen.

Add content if needed
The plus button opens extra options: enlarge the input field to write more
comfortably, scan a QR code, add an attachment, add an image from your gallery, or take a photo.

Send
Tap the send arrow next to the input field. Your message appears in the conversation.
Search and access your profile
Two icons are available at the top of the Messages tab.
The magnifier
Starts a search to find a message or a conversation.
The gear icon
Gives access to your profile page and to the app settings.
