The Shortcuts Workspaces tab of the TimeTonic app gathers the views you have set up as shortcuts on the web. It is your quick access to the views you consult most often, without browsing through your workspaces.
Shortcuts are configured on the web. The workspaces and views that appear here match those
you have shared as shortcuts from the web. On mobile, you find them ready to use.
The shortcut list
The tab shows one card per workspace for which you have configured at least one shortcut. Each card carries the workspace name and can be expanded or collapsed.
At the top of the tab, the magnifier lets you search for a shortcut, and the gear icon gives access to your profile and to the app settings.
Open a shortcut
Tap a card to expand it. You then see the view or views shared as shortcuts for this workspace. Depending on the sharing you set up, a card can contain a single view or several.
Go straight to a view
In an expanded card, the eye icon, to the right of a view, takes you directly into that view.
Once in the view, you see its record rows as they are configured on the web. A view can be filtered to show only your data: for example, an interventions view set on your User ID shows only the interventions assigned to you.
At the top, you find the same controls as in the other tabs: the search magnifier and access to your profile and settings.
