From your settings, you personalize the TimeTonic mobile app, view your profile, and track the status of your data. This article presents the settings and profile screen, and the options you can adjust.
Where to find your settings. The gear icon, at the top of the Workspaces and Shortcuts
tabs, gives access to your profile and to the app settings.
Your profile information
The Personal Information screen shows your user profile information, presented for reference. These details are edited on the web.
You will find your identity (User ID, first name, last name), your language, your newsletter subscription, your contact details (email, phone), your address, your country, and your time zone. The newsletter subscription toggle, located just after the Language field, remains actionable directly from the app.
At the bottom of this screen, two buttons let you act on your account security.
Log out of all other devices
Instantly logs your account out of all other open sessions, without affecting the current one.
Useful if you have lost your phone or stayed logged in on another device.
Delete my account
Permanently deletes your account. This action is irreversible: use it only if you are certain you
want to erase everything.
At the very bottom of the screen are the privacy notice (contact: privacy.ttc@timetonic.com), the copyright, and the app version number (e.g. Version 146 / 0.11.0).
Your invitations
The Invitations screen gathers the workspaces you have been invited to.
Accept
A pending invitation shows an Accept button to confirm it and join the workspace.
Cancel
Once the invitation is accepted, the button becomes Cancel and lets you leave the workspace.
Personalize display and data
Two toggles let you adapt the app to your preferences and your connection.
Dark mode
Switches the app between a light and a dark display.
Data saver mode
Optimizes image size before upload. It is enabled by default.
You can turn off data saver mode to send your images at full resolution. In that case, uploads will be slower.
Notifications
From your settings, enable notifications to stay informed of important information.
You receive a notification on your phone for each new message from a workspace, according to the
notification configuration set for each workspace on the web.
Storage space
Your settings show two indicators about the space used by the app.
Database size
The size of the local database stored on your phone.
App size
The space taken by the app on your phone.
Synchronizing your data
A synchronization view shows the status of your data: the pending items, by category, or confirmation that everything is synchronized.
Pending items
The rows, messages, media, and events still to be synchronized are listed by category
(Row, Message, Media, Event).
Everything is synchronized
When all your data is up to date, the app confirms it.
The Support menu
The Support menu brings together all the help available from the app.

TimeTonic GPT
Ask your questions to the conversational AI assistant.

App language
