The File URL field generates a link that allows direct access to the file.

This can be useful in particular in the context of the automation of sending mail.

Exemple

I want to automatically share a product sheet with a collaborator. This column allows me to create a specific URL for each line of data, which can be shared with a person having access to Timetonic and having the right to see this line.

It can be shared manually, or automatically via Timetonic automations (see automations article).
