Invitation link: require a confirmation

An invitation link lets in anyone who receives it. The Wait for a confirmation option lets you approve each arrival.

Availability: All plans Only the owner and administrators can invite members.

1. How do you create a safe invitation link?

Open the workspace settings
Then choose the invitation by link.

Tick Wait for a confirmation
The owner or an administrator confirms each person who clicks the link.

Set the default rights
Role, Messages, Members list, Web access: they apply to everyone who uses the link.

Click Create
Copy the link and send it to your recipient.

2. Why check pending invitations?

An invitation that has not been accepted is still an open access. When a collaborator leaves, cancel the ones that no longer apply → Manage your invitations
