License types: limit each user's access

With the Business plan, each user gets a license type suited to their use. This type takes priority over their workspace role.

Availability: BUSINESS plan The Business plan starts from 5 users.

1. Which license types exist?

License	Typical user
Read-only	View only, with the option to export data. Observers, auditors.
Daily pass	Access billed per day. Occasional users, external contractors.
Mobile-only	Access through the mobile app only. Field technician.
Basic	Standard user, without all the views.
Contributor	Regular user, without administration rights.
Creator	Designs the workspaces and administers the account.

2. How do you choose the right license?

Give each person the most limited license that covers their work. An auditor gets Read-only, a field technician Mobile-only. Only Creators administer the account.

Read-only does not prevent exports. A Read-only license can export data. Choose it knowingly.
