Password, sessions, email: secure your access

Three settings in your profile protect access to your account: the password, the sessions and the email address.

1. Which password should you choose?

Your password opens all your workspaces. It is also required to create an API key.

Long above all

12 characters minimum, 16 preferably.

Unique to TimeTonic

A reused password exposes you to leaks from another service.

Nothing guessable

Not your name, your email or your company name.

Forgot your password? Click Forgot your password? at sign-in. A temporary password arrives by email: change it afterwards in your profile → Help I lost my password!

2. How do you close your sessions and keep your email up to date?

Log out of other sessions

In the Sessions part of the profile. Closes all your other sessions, API sessions included: your API keys stop working.

Edit email

In the E-mail part of the profile. This address receives the temporary password if you forget yours.
