2FA adds a temporary code to your password at every sign-in. Each user turns it on in their profile.

1. What does 2FA protect?
A guessed or stolen password is no longer enough to get into your account.
A second element at every sign-in
On top of your ID and password, TimeTonic asks for a security code.
A code that keeps changing
The authenticator app renews the code at regular intervals.
One setting per account
Your 2FA protects only your account. Each member of the organization turns it on for their own.
2. How do you turn on 2FA?

Open your profile
Click the profile icon, then the Account section.

Tick Two-factor authentication
In the Security part. A setup window opens.

Scan the QR code
With an authenticator app on your phone. Enter in TimeTonic the code it shows.
4
Sign in with the code
At every sign-in, enter the app code after your password.
